This offer is limited to a maximum of three treatments in the first twelve month period. Individual treatments must occur at intervals of no more than six months; minimum allowable time between treatments is 30 days. Each treatment must use a minimum of 0.8 mL of Restylane® in any combination of syringe sizes.
